Webinars, Virtual Events + Podcasts

A key piece of any marketing strategy today is to involve (and promote!) your SMEs, sales people, and leadership.

Virtual programming is a great platform to showcase knowledge, thought-leadership, and industry know-how, while simultaneously engaging prospects and customers alike.

I have created nearly a dozen virtual programs to date, including two podcasts. I initiated the themes and cadence, as well as crafted the looks, messaging, promotion, and handled the many pre- and post-backend production details.

Yes, I have many learnings to share.

Webinars Work!

A Successful Customer Marketing Tool for Added Visibility & Engagement.

Always evolving, I initiated a new LifeGuides Connect series with webinars, newsletters, fun activities, and more. Plus, I devised the naming to be more central to the company’s mission and offering.

“Thank You for extending our Connect brand & webinar into such well-written, thought-provoking newsletters and easy reference 1-pagers. I even find myself asking these self-care questions.”

- David M. Hester, Ph.D, VP, Guides Community

This webinar series, Humanize, was hosted by the EVP of Sales to showcase his background and was another element to an overall, integrated sales strategy.

Pro Tip: Promote your internal SMEs, including your sales personnel.

Incorporating Live Shoots Wherever, Whenever Possible

Taking advantage of trade shows and conferences, I was able to take our monthly webinar series on-the-road and ‘broadcast’ live on-site. It also supports getting influencers and known guests.

Booking a couple of hours of studio time with targeted scripts and topics I devised means volumes of footage and multiple video clips. It also translates into multiple uses for ads, sales messages, social content, the podcast, and more.

Spearheading Two Podcasts, 50+ Episodes Each

As my CEO at two companies, we worked our proven and successful Podcast model. For both shows, I was charged with the messaging, pre-and post-promotion, as well as handled the many pre- and post-backend production details. I also worked with the creative teams to craft the looks.

Extending Content Into Social, And Beyond…

ProTip: Editing webinar footage into snackable video clips with logo bumpers and branded thumbnails. They proved very popular in extending thought leadership into social content.

And, by integrating branded swag, it kept our webinars and podcasts in front of our customers and our featured guests.
