Branded Merch + Swag

Time for the fun stuff!

Whether it’s for the team, clients, or prospects, these promotional logo items feed overall awareness, ownership - and brand identity.

From company promo items to event swag, I’ve developed key relationships - from designers to quality manufacturers - needed to make your merchandise stand-out, stand up, and be used over and over again.

The use cases are numerous (as you’ll see below) to create amazing, integrated marketing campaigns.

Incorporate Swag With Messaging

A branded cam cover offers a way to connect with your customers.

Playful seasonal swag like (real!) branded baseballs & basketballs kept our company, our brand top of mind.

These super popular laptop stickers kept our mission and vision on top.

Swag is great carry-through for Podcast guests, as a memorable ‘thank you’ gift. Or, for in-person speaker events expanding the Podcast.

Pro Tip: Ensure it aligns with your brand.

Staying on point with the stress guys and journaling tools for a well-being company proved to be a hit.

Ensure it’s swag the team will want to wear and use…

Creating swag that people actually want to use (and wear!) is too often overlooked. It also uses the budget more efficiently.

Don’t forget to make swag part of your new hire’s onboarding!

This was Tim’s first day with a new Scrimmage backpack filled with our latest logo swag items.

Swag creates fun moments with your team, boosts morale!

We created year-round fun and worked our Minneapolis roots from hosting the Super Bowl to the love of ice hockey.

Co-workers - and clients - even brought their swag and photo-bombed it in their travels. They were super proud to have it and loved using it.

Get more mileage - work your swag into contests for customers, prospects, and your team(s).

The swag around our #ScrimmageSummer campaign was integrated with contests and other giveaway opportunities for prospects, clients, and end users creating increased awareness, engagement, and adoption.

It doesn’t have to break your budget!

The logo frisbee and logo beach balls were economical, bright, fun, easy-to-ship - all elements to take into consideration.

I also worked closely with our customer success and implementation teams, who were happy to include the give-aways (and promote the contest) on-site at our clients’ big sales meetings.

The promotion proved so popular, we continued #ScrimmageSummer year-after-year.

Here’s a few social posts (aka tweets) - and sampling of social proof.

Our swag also created extra fun at our booths, especially with many of the conferences taking place in San Diego, Florida, and other sunny locations.

Don’t Stop Now! Swag Is Great For Client On-sites

Arm your sales & client success teams with fun swag for their site visits - be memorable, engage your peeps, and create (more) content for social posts.

Integrated Marketing: Using Your Swag

With our annual summer contest and social media campaign, I integrated the swag with our philanthropic arm, Scrimmage Cares, to create several team events with charity golf outings.

Another Outcome: Volunteering (at major events, no less) & Giving Back quickly became a theme - and a want-to-do - for team members.

I took the opportunity to produce our monthly #WednesdayWebinar series on-site and focused on corporate philanthropy with extra promotion for the cause.

The creative use cases can go on and on…

Customers relax and engage with your teams — naturally — when you bring fun, interactive, and competitive activities to trade shows. Add your logo and you’re set for added visibility and memories.
